Our Story

Incharge Electrical provides electrical, heat pump and ventilation services to homes and businesses across Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty.

The business was founded in 2016 by experienced electrician Johnny Steventon, who set out on his own after many years working in the trade. Incharge Electrical has grown steadily since then, guided by values of honesty, consistency and practical problem solving. Today the team includes skilled electricians and heat pump specialists supported by a fleet of vehicles that help us respond quickly across the region.

We are a locally owned business focused on genuine service and strong long term relationships. Incharge Electrical also supports our community, including sponsorship of the Incharge Electrical Rangiwaea Premier 1 women’s netball team.

All team members work to SiteWise approved health and safety standards to ensure a safe and reliable experience on every job.
